RFID technical support (work place: Changping District, Beijing, 2 people)


1. Be responsible for technical support of RFID project, cooperate with sales and users to communicate effectively, and guide customers to choose technology and products;

2. Be responsible for the management of the whole project, including the investigation of the site Project and understanding of the actual needs of customers,

Do a good job in the corresponding analysis, and develop supporting solutions, and coordinate internal and external resources to complete the technical support work with high efficiency and quality;

3. Be responsible for system debugging, installation and follow-up troubleshooting and tracking of the project;

4. Responsible for technical training for customers and preparation and handover of relevant project documents;

5. Be responsible for collecting and sorting out technical information and effectively linking up the sales, production, R & D and other departments of the company pass through;

1. College degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communication, system integration, etc;

3. Technical support experience in related industries is preferred; familiarity with RFID technology and application is preferred;
