The 16-port RFID module SIM7400 is based on the next-generation Impinj E710 RAIN RFID reader chip. The SIM7400 module can be used for multiple antenna time-sharing applications; when the 8dBi antenna is used, the reading distance is more than 12 meters; the excellent multi-label anti-collision algorithm, the inventory is more than 900tags/s; the large-area aluminum alloy thermal conductive panel is used. Excellent heat dissipation.

SIM7400 is a high-performance 16-port UHF RAIN RFID reader module developed by SILION TECH, built upon the Impinj E710 RF chip, optimized for multi-antenna deployment in smart retail, unmanned stores, smart cabinets, and asset tracking systems.

Powered by Impinj E710 flagship reader chip, compliant with EPC Global Class1 Gen2 / ISO18000-6C standard. Supports ETSI (EU 865–868 MHz), FCC, and Chinese frequency bands to satisfy global market access requirements.
16 SMA antenna ports with independent antenna polling control. Users can configure separate polling intervals and adjustable RF output power (5–33 dBm) per antenna, enabling flexible zone-based item detection.
Excellent multi-tag anti-collision capability. Peak tag reading speed reaches up to 1,000 tags per second; maximum read distance exceeds 12 meters when matched with an 8 dBi antenna, delivering stable identification even under dense tag environments such as apparel retail.
Built-in comprehensive monitoring functions: antenna status detection, tag RSSI feedback, and real-time internal temperature monitoring, supporting reliable system operation diagnostics.
Compact integrated metal housing with good heat dissipation. Wide operating temperature range of -25°C ~ +65°C, stable operation under 5%–95% non-condensing humidity, adaptable to indoor industrial and retail environments.
Equipped with a TTL UART interface and GPIO ports. Complete SDK, demo codes, and technical documents are provided to accelerate customer secondary development and product integration.
